update to WordPress 6.8.1 & mariadb 10.6.2

New update WordPress 6.7.1 & mariadb 15.1
Updated all components and updated site ssl certificate
Updated WordPress to 6.5.2 and mysql 5.7 –> mariadb 10.6
WordPress update was simple. Unfortunately mysql 5.7 is essentially EOL and had to migrate to maridb 10.6 as it’s recommended over mysql as the path forward with OS.

Just brought WP up to 6.3.1 and updated plugins too.
